My therapeutic services

The most prevalent form of therapy. Please note, I offer this mode of therapy in medical centres, in multiple locations. To find out more, click the button below.

Face-to-face sessions

There has always been a demand for therapy over the telephone due to its convenience. Research suggests that therapy online and over the telephone can both be as effective as therapy conducted face-to-face (it does not mean that one form is better than the other).

Online therapy has different forms, for example video-conferencing through a secure, encrypted software, such as Zoom. You will need a suitable device (with accessories if necessary, such as a headset), Internet connection, and a place where you can freely talk. To find out more, click the button below.

Online sessions

It is a relatively new type of online therapy. It is convenient as You can set the pace for the course of therapy. One of the reasons for its popularity is that the Client has 24/7 to send the ‘material’ for the next session
