Overall, I've had a very positive experience working with Szabolcs. He creates a warm and welcoming environment, making it easy to open up and discuss difficult topics. His friendly demeanour puts me at ease, allowing for honest and productive sessions. I particularly appreciate his collaborative approach. Not only does he offer insightful suggestions, but he also encourages me to explore different perspectives, helping me develop solutions that feel right for me. Thanks to Szabolcs's guidance, I've made significant progress in addressing a number of challenges. He's equipped me with valuable tools and strategies to navigate difficult situations. More importantly, he's helped me gain a deeper understanding of underlying issues from my childhood. This newfound self-awareness has been instrumental in moving forward and building a more fulfilling life. If you're looking for a supportive and skilled counsellor, I highly recommend Szabolcs. His combination of warmth, expertise, and collaborative approach has been invaluable in my personal growth journey.

I've been working with Szabolcs for well over 2 years now. I've clearly experienced tremendous changes in the areas I was dissatisfied about. Szabolcs has been a great support, and I give him credit for being in a better place now. I like how flexible his approach is, his external point of view is always relevant and provides avenues to explore. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending him.

My therapeutic services

Face-to-face

The most prevalent form of therapy. Please note, I offer this mode of therapy in medical centres, in multiple locations. To find out more, click the button below.

Face-to-face sessions

Videoconference

Online therapy has different forms, for example videoconferencing through a secure, encrypted software, such as Microsoft Teams. You will need a suitable device (with accessories if necessary, such as a headset), internet connection, and a place where you can talk freely. To find out more about online sessions, click the button below.

Online sessions

Telephone

There has always been a demand for therapy over the telephone due to its convenience. Research suggests that therapy online and over the telephone can both be as effective as therapy conducted face-to-face (it does not mean that one form is better than the other).

Email

It is a relatively new type of online therapy. It is convenient as you can set the pace for the course of therapy. One of the reasons for its popularity is that the Client has 24/7 to send the ‘material’ for the next session.
